Cross-county Skiing on the Gunflint Trail Quiet Woods, Silent Sports
Scenic vistas, corridors through the snowy pines, wildlife tracks and abundant snowfall are hallmarks of the Gunflint trails. The Gunflint Trail Nordic Ski Trails offer some of the best cross country skiing anywhere, with nearly 200km of marked and groomed tracked trails. Whether you call it dog sledding or mushing, an exciting ride through the winter woods behind a coursing team of eager sled dogs is a unique way to experience the wilderness.
